Terms of Use for Fuel Insights Platforms designed and owned by BRAVETech (Pty) Ltd

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the Fuel Insights platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the service after any modifications will constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.
3. User Accounts To access certain features of our service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

7. Termination We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
8. Disclaimers The Fuel Insights platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the service or the information, content, materials, or products included on the service.

Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Fuel Insights, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the service.
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the service.
10. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any legal action arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located within South Africa.
